Houdini Sportswear — från ledartröja i hållbarhet till mentorsmantel
Description
Course assignement, worth 2 ECTS, in Climate Leadership in the Private Sector at Uppsala University.
This report looks at how Houdini Sportswear could show even more leadership by a strategic transition, with the experience of all the excellent work they already do in sustainability, from a "passive" role model to an active public educator. They could do this by
- proactively report to the highest standards, including CSRD, and share how they they do this
- share technolgical advancements as open source
- become a public educator by actively looking for speaking engagements, and edit topics within their expertise (but not about themselves or their products) on Wikipedia
- actively lobby the Swedish government for harder regulation
