CbPM with Argo floats for subsurface net primary production

Description

This code is to identify Deep Chlorophyll (and Biomass) Maxima, and to estimate Net Primary Production below the mixed layer, when a Deep Chlorophyll/Biomass Maximum occurs.

This code is an adaptation from the satellite-based CbPM "updated" model 
at the OSU Ocean Productivity web site 
(http://sites.science.oregonstate.edu/ocean.productivity/cbpm2.code.php), by 
Behrenfeld et al., (2005) and Westberry, et al. (2008). We created this code following Arteaga et al. (2022; https://zenodo.org/record/6599224#.Y2O_duzMKyt), which already adapted the CbPM to estimate depth-resolved phytoplankton growth and net primary production (NPP) from BGC-Argo profiles phytoplankton carbon and chlorophyll.
