SpaCET: Spatial Cellular Estimator for Tumors

The SpaCET software is an R package for estimating cell lineages and intercellular interactions in tumor spatial transcriptomics data. URL: https://github.com/data2intelligence/SpaCET.

• "DataSets.zip" includes the 10 scRNA-seq datasets used to generate SpaCET's in-house cell-type reference, along with the 8 spatial transcriptomics samples demonstrated in our manuscript.
