Data of length- and cross-axis plots of CLSM population average images of drug-treated E. coli cultures

This dataset is part of the publication "The nucleoid of rapidly growing Escherichia coli localizes close to the inner membrane and is organized by transcription, translation and cell geometry".

It includes intensity plots of membrane, DNA and MreB signals extracted from confocal average images.
