neutronimaging/imagingsuite: Improved CBCT interpolation

New and improved features

The main improvement for this release is the introduction of bilinear interpolation for CBCT reconstruction. This interpolation scheme improves the SNR without loss of sharpness. The tilt correction is not implemented with a rotation operation in MuhRec. The used approximation can have severe quality implications for wide images and too large angles. A warning dialog was implemented to warn when this happens. The warning links to a page in the manual that explains why the warning appears.

A new log level (none) was introduced to reduce clutter while reconstructing from python scripts.

• The selection boxes in the image viewer works in all drag directions.
• The dose ROI is handled correctly
