D1.2 - Stakeholder Engagement Strategy

Creators

Description

The INSTAR Stakeholder Engagement, Communication, and Dissemination Strategy aims to ensure the widespread dissemination and uptake of the project results by facilitating the active engagement of key stakeholders, thereby contributing to all project activities. Our methodologies are designed to align closely with these objectives, ensuring that each communication effort is purposeful and effective.

The project has identified four key Stakeholder Groups: EU and international policymakers, EU-funded projects, Standard Development Organisations (SDOs), and industrial players. These groups were selected based on their potential to support INSTAR activities, benefit from the project results, and their relevance in terms of geographical coverage and technological domains.

The Stakeholder Engagement and Communication and Dissemination strategies will be implemented through carefully selected channels, chosen for their potential reach and effectiveness in engaging the identified stakeholders.

Monitoring and evaluating the impact of the communication efforts is crucial. By tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously analysing project performance, the strategy can be adapted and refined to ensure its effectiveness throughout the project duration.

Together, the Stakeholder Engagement and the Communication and Dissemination strategies will pave the way for creating a lasting legacy and crafting a sustainability strategy for the INSTAR project.
