Description
This supplementary materials include the following files: (1) animation illustrating the different filtering steps, (2) PDF drawings and STEP files for the MONI-PAM field installation supports, and (3) example data and figure outputs from the LongTermPAM R Package.
- Filtering_steps_1-6_for_example2014-2015.gif and Filtering_steps_1-6_for_example2016-2017.gif show all the filtering steps in a 2-3 minute animation and can be opened using the default photo viewer on your computer.
- MONI-PAM field installation supports in CAD and PDF formats.zip includes the drawings of each part of the MONI-PAM installation support, provided in.STEP, .SLDPRT and .PDF file formats, as presented in Fig. SI of the manuscript.
- Example Data and Figure Outputs from the LongTermPAM R Package.zip includes all outputs from two example datasets, comprising 7 folders. See details in the Table below:
