Reanalysis biological ocean data from CMEMS for the Philippine seas

The dataset consists of data frames (or tables) containing longitude (x), latitude (y), date, and value columns for each biological variable: micronekton and zooplankton mass content, as well as net primary productivity. It includes daily, monthly, and annual means; daily, monthly, and annual climatologies (long-term means); and daily, monthly, and annual anomalies, covering the period from January 1, 1998, to December 31, 2023. The spatial domain covers the region bounded by longitude 110°–130°E and latitude 2°–30°N. These data are provided in separate files in both .csv and .rds formats, except for daily values and daily anomalies, which are available exclusively in .rds format due to .csv file size limitations and repository storage constraints. Users can easily access .rds files in R using the base readRDS() function and subset the data according to their specific spatial and temporal needs. Sample R code is available upon request.
