This deposit contains the raw data, analyzed data, modeling simulations, and plasmid sequences for Love et al. "Model-guided design of microRNA-based gene circuits supports precise dosage of transgenic cargoes into diverse primary cells".

  • data.zip contains the raw and analyzed flow cytometry and RT-qPCR data needed to generate the figures in the paper
  • output.zip contains the steady-state solutions and stochastic simulations from the model used to generate the figures in the paper
  • plasmids.zip contains plasmid sequence maps (both Snapgene `.dna` and GenBank `.gbk` files) for all plasmids used in the paper

The code used to generate the figures from the data and modeling results can be found at https://github.com/GallowayLabMIT/ComMAND and has been deposited at 10.5281/zenodo.14962013.
