Single molecule photobleaching analysis
Description
Python scripts to (1) detect single-molecule events in TIRFM datasets and extract time traces, (2) apply Chung-Kennedy filtering to smooth extracted traces, and (3) analyse the number of photobleach steps in qualifying traces.
