Description

The Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation Plan outlines the objectives, activities and strategies to maximise the project's impact and facilitate the sustainable use and uptake of results by making the project and its outputs well known in Europe. In cooperation with all partners, the communication and dissemination strategy and activities involve informing, engaging, promoting, and raising awareness about the actionable knowledge on European bryophyte species, whose biosynthetic genes can be used to produce sustainable and bio-based ingredients for the European cosmetics and pharmaceutics market, among all relevant stakeholders.
This document outlines the necessary articulation of the project identity, identifies the main target groups, specifies the channels for reaching the audience, and proposes an indicative timeline alongside expected results/indicators. This first version of the document provides an overall revision and adjustment of the project’s communications strategy, with key performance indicators.
This preliminary plan is complemented by a yearly action plan, communication guidelines, and other practical tools adapted to the requirements of the various phases of the project’s lifetime. As a living document, this strategy is being reviewed throughout the project timeline and updated according to developing needs, with a revised plan expected on M18.
