ABSTRACT

Background: Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by infection with the Neisseria gonorrhoeae bacterium. N. gonorrhoeae infects the mucous membranes of the reproductive tract, including the cervix, uterus, andfallopian tubes in women, and the urethra in women and men. N. gonorrhoeae canalso infect the mucous membranes of the mouth, throat, eyes, and rectum.

Specific objectives

 1.     To find out Risk factors associated with gonnerhaea among adult people ayaan hospital

2.      To explore physical effect of gonorrhea among adult people in ayaan hospital

3.     To explain Complications of gonnerhea among adult people in ayaan hospital Methodology: The research design used for this study was descriptive cross- sectional, the sample size of this study was selected 83 respondents the sampling techniques used was probability and simple random samplingtechnique, the main instruments that used to collect data for this study wasquestionnaire and data was analysed (SPSS version 20)

Conclusion: The primary reasons to screen for STD are to reduce morbidity and mortality related to Gonorrhea disease and to prevent transmission. Significant barriers remain to screening and referral for care for HBV in the U.S. Educational programs to increase knowledge and awareness among HCPs and the publictogether with improved access to care are critical to improve disease outcomes and prevent transmission. Despite the availability of an effective vaccine for 3decades, the global prevalence of HBV has not substantially declined. Further research is needed to explore strategies to overcome screening barriers, improve vaccination rates, and to develop new models of health care delivery to reduce the burden of disease- Gonorrhea
