FREQNESS Toolbox - Example Dataset

Description

This dataset consists of brain voxel data matrices reconstructed from a 3-minute recording of a single participant across two experimental conditions:

  • Resting state with eyes open ("rest")
  • Passive listening to an isochronous metronome at 2.4 Hz ("beat")

These data can be used with the example script provided in the FREQNESS Toolbox to estimate and visualize the frequency-resolved network landscape at the individual participant level.
