Abstract
This article addresses the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the justice system, fulfilling three fundamental objectives: exploring its various applications, analyzing the ethical, legal, and social issues related to it, and providing a comprehensive view of its impact on justice. Firstly, it highlights how AI has transformed justice in multiple aspects. The automation of legal tasks has eased the workload of lawyers and judges, allowing them to focus on strategic matters. The prediction of judicial outcomes, enabled by machine learning algorithms, provides an objective assessment of the probability of success in litigation. Additionally, it explores online alternative dispute resolution, where chatbots and virtual assistants facilitate amicable agreements, reducing congestion in the courts and promoting more efficient and cost-effective solutions.
