THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL MECHANISM OF STATE REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The organizational and legal mechanism of state regulation of the formation of international environment formation for higher education institutions’ cooperation and also for teachers’ and students’ academic mobility is analyzed in the article. It is caused by that fact that integration of the higher education system of Ukraine into the world higher education system while preservation and development of the Ukraine’s high school achievements is one of the principles of state policy in education.
