Format: SPSS (.sav)

Number of observations: 692

Number of variables: 19

Dataset Content and Structure

This dataset contains individual-level and classroom-level data on school stress, self-regulation, and student well-being. The variables include:

  • Demographic data (e.g., sex, grade)
  • Self-regulation measures (emotional, behavioral, and cognitive regulation)
  • School stress indicators (academic, peer, and teacher-related stress)
  • School well-being scales (joy of learning, academic efficacy, relationships with teachers and peers)

Methodology

This dataset was collected as part of a study examining the role of self-regulation as a mediator and moderator in the relationship between school stress and student well-being. The data enable a multilevel analysis of how stress on individual and classroom levels is associated with student well-being. The study used a multilevel approach (HLM), analyzing both individual and classroom-level factors.
