Hybrid SNAC for calculation of environmental footprints – using life-cycle approaches via input-output multipliers on traded goods.

This is a mathematical description of the approach taken in the PRINCE project http://www.prince-project.se/ to accompany code I developed at a meeting together with Viveka Palm, Mårten Bergland and Anders Wadeskog.
