D5.1 Report on evaluation workshop

The United4Surveillance (U4S) project conducted a workshop aimed at evaluating the roles, challenges, and achievements of work package leaders (WPLs) within the Joint Action (JA) framework. The workshop utilized the ORID (Objective, Reflective, Interpretive, Decisional) Discussion Method to facilitate structured focus groups, gathering qualitative data on WPLs' experiences and satisfaction with the JA processes. The results highlighted significant achievements in collaboration and coordination, identified key challenges such as partner engagement and time management, and proposed areas for improvement, including enhanced communication and standardized processes. The insights gained will inform future project developments and contribute to more effective management and execution of similar initiatives.
