Data files related to the article 'Detecting moderate change in species and trait composition and quantifying its uncertainty in a boreal peatland', collected in Siikaneva fen, Central Finland, including the following files and variables:

coordinates_2005.csv: coordinates for the vegetation inventory points in year 2005 in ETRS-TM35FIN coordinate system.

cover_sphagna_2005.csv: Sphagnum moss species projection covers in year 2005 in the vegetation inventory points (point coordinates in file 'coordinates_2005.csv'). Percent projection covers with 1% accuracy are obtained by multiplying the values in the file with 100. Covers are given for the species used in the statistical model of the associated article.
