Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT and DeepSeek: Comparison and Applications in Conversational Artificial Intelligence

This paper presents a comparative analysis of four prominent
conversational AI models: Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT,
and DeepSeek. These models are evaluated based on their
architecture, performance, and application areas, aiming to
highlight their strengths, limitations, and suitability for various
tasks. Grok, developed by xAI, is notable for its integration
with X (formerly Twitter) and focus on freedom of expression.
Gemini, created by Google DeepMind, stands out as a
multimodal model, supporting text, images, and code, with
an emphasis on research and productivity. ChatGPT, from
OpenAI, excels in general-purpose tasks, including customer
support, automation, and education, leveraging large-scale
training data and fine-tuning techniques. DeepSeek specializes
in information retrieval and research, offering high accuracy
for data search tasks. The paper discusses the technical aspects
of each model, including their underlying algorithms, training
processes, and performance metrics. Additionally, the study
addresses current challenges in conversational AI, such as
