Description
Repository for the Object Registration Service developed during the NIH Data Commons Pilot Phase
A micro service Architecture was employed, and each service is deployed as a Fargate Task on Amazon Web Services
In the services directory you will find submodules for all the services which include
- A flask web-server for Minting GUIDs with a JSON-LD interface across identifier types
- A bagit service for creating Bags from identifier metadata
