Automated AI Fairness Enforcement A Self Correcting Framework for Ethical AI Compliance

  • 1. Toilet Accessories Llc.

Description

This paper introduces a mathematically-driven framework for ensuring fairness in artificial intelligence (AI) systems. At its core, the framework autonomously monitors and corrects AI decision-making to ensure fairness, without relying on human intervention. This system addresses critical challenges in AI fairness, such as biases based on race, gender, ideology, and other factors that often influence AI behavior.

The innovative mathematical approach presented in this work allows AI models to self-correct when they exhibit unfair patterns, ensuring that bias is automatically mitigated and long-term fairness is maintained. By embedding fairness directly into the AI decision-making process, the model ensures neutrality over time, preventing ideological manipulation or discrimination. The framework integrates a Fairness Scoring Function, a Self-Correction Function, and a Continuous Monitoring System to detect, quantify, and adjust biases dynamically.

One of the most crucial aspects of this research is its decentralized approach. Rather than depending on human oversight—which is often prone to biases itself—this model ensures that AI fairness is sustained without political or corporate influence. This makes it especially important in contexts where AI is used in sensitive or high-impact areas, such as finance, healthcare, hiring, and even in politically controlled environments.

By enabling automated fairness certification, this work introduces a new level of accountability in AI systems. Through the AI Compliance API, organizations and regulators can track and validate the fairness of AI models, ensuring that AI remains aligned with ethical principles.

While the mathematical underpinnings of this framework are complex, the benefits are clear: AI systems that self-regulate for fairness, ensuring that biased algorithms cannot persist. This paper proposes a solution to combat the manipulation of AI models for discriminatory or ideological purposes, offering a scalable, future-proof approach for ethical AI governance.

The application of this model has far-reaching implications. It could fundamentally change how AI systems are designed, deployed, and regulated across industries and nations. By removing human subjectivity and ensuring that fairness is guaranteed by mathematical principles, this work lays the groundwork for AI systems that serve society equitably rather than reinforcing existing inequalities.
