FAIR-EASE - D4.4 - Deployment of the data lake - Testing version

This document provides an operational status of FAIR-EASE prototype data lake testbed. The definition, architecture and specifications of FAIR-EASE data lake have been described in D4.1, D4.2 and D4.3 deliverables [3-5]. They come out of intense brainstorming activities that took place during the first two years of the project between the pilot use cases (WP5) and the technical work packages (WP2, WP3 and WP4).
The first deployment of FAIR-EASE data lake testbed coincides with the first release of the FAIR-EASE Earth Analytics Lab (EAL) documented in deliverable D3.2, also due at Project Month 24 [2]. The two deliverables have been edited in a closely coordinated way to reflect the thorough exchanges between the two technical WPs.
This document only provides a status of the deployment of FAIR-EASE innovative services on the different infrastructures and in the different environments that have been selected for hosting them. A more detailed description of these services is to be found in deliverable D3.2 [2]. The deployment status will be updated in Deliverable 4.5 that will describe the operational version of the data lake.
