Accordingly, the syllabus in all the subjects in Tamil Nadu, the sex education syllabus followed in the two Indian states, Kerala and Maharashtra, and in two western countries of Sweden and U.S.A., the literature in general on sex education, and the report of UNESCO institute for Education, was subjected to a close study.
