Effectiveness of "Healing the Child Within" Techniques for Well-being, Anxiety, and Depression.
Description
Adverse childhood experiences (ACE), based on data from more than 0.25 million subjects, were found to be linked to an increased risk for adult anxiety and depression, as well as mental health issues. ACEs were observed to leave a lasting imprint on the minds and bodies of individuals. The methodology known as Healing the Child Within, involving regression to specific ACE events to address the mind-body imprint, is explored. By addressing these imprints, the study aimed to reduce anxiety and depression and, thus, overall wellbeing.
