Action Plans

This deliverable, “D.4.3 Action Plans Dissemination Report,” presents the key outputs of Task 4.3 – Communication and dissemination of the joint programme plans under Work Package 4 (WP4) of the EMPOWEREDbyNEIA project. Thisreport illustrates the key content and proposed actions from the Action Plans, providing a comprehensive summary of the Joint Action Plans developed under the initiative. It offers detailed insights into the strategies, actions, and proposed project ideas necessary for the effective implementation of these plans.

The Action Plans aim to address regional challenges in the Green/Cleantech sector by fostering strategic cross-border collaborations, promoting innovation, and enabling sustainable growth. This report highlights how the Joint Action Plans will serve as a roadmap to enhance interconnected innovation ecosystems across European regions, aligning with the goals of the European Green Deal and the New European Innovation Agenda (NEIA).

The project focuses on seven regions: Austria (Lower Austria), Bulgaria (Varna District), Croatia (Pannonian Croatia), Estonia (nationwide), Italy (Lazio Region), Poland (Małopolska), and Romania (North-West Region). By building synergies between stakeholders and aligning with funding opportunities, the project envisions a transformative impact on Cleantech innovation and sustainability.
