ПЕДАГОГИ-НОВАТОРИ ПРО ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ОСВІТНЬОГО ПРОЦЕСУ В УМОВАХ СІЛЬСЬКОЇ ШКОЛИ

Анотація. У статті охарактеризовано різні моделі закладів освіти сільської місцевості з досвіду роботи педагогів-новаторів П. В. Лосюка, О. А. Захаренка, Т. Г. Ткаченка. Розкрито, що характерною особливістю моделі гуцульської школи майбутнього є використання знань про історію Гуцульщини, природу і господарство краю, народне мистецтво, традиції і звичаї, утвердження здорового способу життя учнів, підвищення педагогічної майстерності вчителів. Показано, що предметом особливої уваги в роботі педагога-новатора І.  Г. Ткаченка було трудове виховання і навчання, трудові традиції та шкільні свята. Визначено, що авторська модель школи О. А. Захаренка відповідає парадигмі особистісно-орієнтованого навчання і виховання.

Annotation. The low number of pupils in educational establishments of rural area stipulates modernization of their network via the creation of new school models. Our study is dedicated to characteristics of different models of educational establishments of a rural area in the experience of innovative teachers P. V. Losiuk, O. A. Zakharchenko, T. H. Tkachenko. The model in the study is discussed as a pedagogical system, consisting of certain structural components, interacting with each other. A characteristic feature of the model of the Hutsul school of the future is the use of knowledge about the history of Hutsulshchyna, nature and economy, folk art, customs, and traditions. Means of realization of these data is different manuals, anthologies, dictionaries, literature and history journals, created by pupils and teachers of the school, museum of Hutsulshchyna art, Lesia Ukrainka literature and history museum, school folklore group. Necessary sports base, created in the school, conduction of different sport and recreation events promote the establishment of a healthy lifestyle of pupils.  Improvement of pedagogical excellence in school-complex is promoted by different forms of methodical work.  Labour education and training, labour traditions, school holidays, which are an effective means of labour education are subject of special attention in the work experience of innovative teacher I. H. Tkachenko. Conduction of months of science, the use of favorable opportunities of extended day care group were viewed by I. H. Tkachenko as an important factor of mental education. O. A. Zakharchenko’s author’s school model meets paradigm of person-oriented learning and education which is realized through creative interaction of teacher and pupils, education without forcing, a combination of individual and collective approaches to the activity of pupils, the creative interaction of school and family. Use of self-servicing in O. A. Zakharchenko’s author’s school, the system of stimulation for success in education and public work: certificates of merit, awards, stories about a student, his family in school or local newspaper, on television are worth attention.
