Magnetic Margins: Analytical Data

This dataset contains CSV files for data analysis of the Magnetic Margins Cenus, and PDFs with supplements.

1. mm_data_annotations.csv

• Use: This dataset contains annotations that link specific copies (exemplars) to sections in a text.
• Encoding:
  • copy.Id: Identifier for the copy.
  • concat(substructures.Id): A comma-separated list of section IDs referenced in the annotation.
  • weighted: A numeric value representing the significance of the annotation.

2. mm_data_sections.csv

• Use: Contains information on sections within the text, including their assigned topics.
• Encoding:
  • Id: Unique section identifier.
  • topic_row: A comma-separated list of topics assigned to the section.

3. mm_data_copies.csv

• Use: Lists copies (exemplars) of the text that have been annotated.
• Encoding:
  • Id: Unique identifier for the copy.
  • Additional metadata on each copy.

4. mm_data_gilbert_variants-iiiiv.pdf

• Use: Document describing textual variants in the Gilbert corpus.
• Encoding: Standard PDF with textual and possibly tabular content.

5. mm_data_gilbert-editorial-corrections.pdf

• Use: Document containing editorial corrections made to Gilbert’s 1600 edition.
• Encoding: PDF format.

6. mm_data_ttl.zip

• Use: Archive containing TTL (Terse Triple Language) files, for RDF-based semantic encoding.
• Encoding: Compressed archive, containing RDF triples for linked data representation.

7. mm_data-model.zip

• Use: Highly simplified ontology diagram to understand the underlying model of the knowledge graph.
• Encoding: Static image file.
