NanoString GeoMx DSP dataset from early-stage colorectal polyps

Description

To examine the impact on gene expression resulting from concurrent mutations we subjected a subset of Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) polyp samples to NanoString GeoMx spatial profiling using the GeoMx Cancer Transcriptome Atlas (CTA) panel of 1812 genes. Specimen ID 236 is not used for the analysis.
