Description
The publication, produced in the context of the CoARA Working Group on Open Infrastructures for Responsible Research Assessment (OI4RRA), presents a comprehensive framework for leveraging Open Infrastructures for Responsible Research Assessment. It defines key principles, characterisics, technical requirements and governance practices that ensure Open Infrastructures are transparent, inclusive, and capable of supporting fair and responsible research assessment. The report outlines the necessity of transitioning from proprietary systems to community-driven infrastructures, emphasizing technical robustness, operational capacity, community-centred and ethical & inclusive practices.
