NORDic: a Network-Oriented package for the Repurposing of Drugs
Description
NORDic is an open-source package which allows to focus on a network-oriented approach to identify regulatory mechanisms linked to a disease, identify genes of interest, simulate and score the effect of a drug at transcriptional level, and perform drug repurposing with adaptive testing.
