OME-Zarr Fractal multiwell plate with segmentation & measurements
Description
Example dataset of human induced pluripotent stem cells, imaged at 40x magnification with a Yokogawa CV7000. This dataset has been converted to OME-Zarr & processed using the included workflow for the Fractal platform: https://fractal-analytics-platform.github.io/
It contains 23 wells of a cardiac differentiation time course. The segmentation algorithm has been optimised for the undifferentiated cells and segmentation quality is known to be worse on denser wells.
3 Channels were imaged:
- C01: DAPI, nuclear stain
- C02: nanog, antibody staining with Bio-Techne AG, AF1997-SP, Lot KKJ0617121 for the stemness marker nanog
- C03: Lamin B1, antibody staining with Abcam, ab16048, Lot GR3244890-2 for the nuclear envelope marker Lamin B1
This dataset is a maximum intensity projection of 3D data that was acquired in the Pelkmans lab in August 2020.
