Description
All file sets are MATLAB based files comprising data from monkey T from session 09272024
trlist.mat
This file includes variables for each trial type and the events and timestamps for each event within each 60s file (which contains multiple trials) in which dopamine and LFP data is stored (i.e., 09272024_c8ds_fscv.mat and tr_nlx_c7b-c5c.mat).
09272024_c8ds_fscv.mat
This is the FSCV dopamine data captured in monkey T in site c8ds on session 09272024
The data is formated such that each row represents a trial in the session, and each column is the PCA extracted dopamine, pH, movement, and the final column is the current at 0.6 V (approximate voltage at which dopamine oxidizes). Sample rate is 10 Hz.
tr_nlx_c7b-c5c.mat
This is the EPhys acquired and downsampled LFP signal at site c7b-c5c after spectral interpolation. The sample rate is 1kHz.
csc23_100_40uv.mat
This is the EPhys captured and thresholded spike data from sites c5d. Each row contains the initial time stamp for the waveform, the unit ID, followed by the detected waveform samples (48 points long sampled at 32 kHz).
09272024_nlx_c8c_value object start_big rew and success_tr1-1411.mat
This is the trial id's for large reward and successful trials (used to average large reward successful trials for comparison to small reward successful trials for neural data sets above).
