This study aims to identify the role of innovative leadership in improving administrative practices among educational leaders. It relied on a review of previous studies in this field. The study addresses the role of innovative leadership in improving the quality of education and encouraging creativity among employees. The results drawn from previous literature indicate that Innovative leadership plays a pivotal role in developing the educational environment and raising the level of career achievement. Several factors were extracted that affect the role of innovative leadership in improving leadership practices, such as academic qualifications and practical experiences of educational leaders. This study seeks to highlight the importance of enhancing innovative leadership in schools to support innovation and creativity in educational institutions
