PROPOSTA DE ARQUITETURA DE MICROSSERVIÇOS EM AMBIENTES INDUSTRIAIS
Authors/Creators
Description
The integration of monitoring systems in industrial environments presents significant challenges due to the specificities and particularities of each industry and the systems already implemented in each company. The diversity of protocols, data formats, and existing infrastructure creates the need to customize new systems according to the needs of each company. Microservices emerge as a promising solution. Its modular architecture allows the creation of independent components, which can be developed, deployed, and scaled autonomously, facilitating adaptation to different industrial needs. In this work, a microservices system was developed that uses the AMQP protocol to create an easy-to-incorporate communication bus. The developed bus allows the reading of data from various sensors and the provision of this data in a uniform and accessible way for integration into industrial systems. The proposed solution was implemented and evaluated in a relevant environment similar to an industrial plant receiving data from two sensors that continuously monitor the performance of a rotating machine. The results demonstrate that the microservices architecture, combined with the use of the AMQP bus, provides efficient and flexible integration, meeting the specific needs of monitoring and data analysis in industrial environments.
