NHERI-SimCenter/PBE: Version 4.2.0

Major updates:

• New Pelicun and DLML versions: Update to Pelicun 3.5 and the underlying SimCenter Damage and Loss Model Library (DLML).
• New DL Databases: Through DLML, new models are available for damage and loss simulation: = Several models from Hazus developed for portfolio-type studies and suited for our R2D Tool are provided in PBE primarily for educational use. = The first release of the SimCenter Wind Component Library is a major enhancement that collects models from the literature to simulate wind-pressure-induced damage in high resolution at the component level.
• References: When publications are referenced for a damage and loss model, they are shown in the user interface to encourage recognition of the work done by model developers. The DLML will be extended in future releases to provide comprehensive references for all models included. Currently, the SimCenter Wind Component Library has references for every model in it.
• Optional Loss Calculations: You can opt out of loss calculation by selecting "None" under component repair consequence databases and turning all loss outputs off.
