Description

This dataset is based on qualitative interview data collected from olive oil producers and consumers in Aydın and Istanbul as part of the SOLIVEO project, as well as survey data gathered in the same cities. The data was collected between August and November 2024. The necessary Ethics Committee report for data collection was obtained from Marmara University.
