Agroforestry in the Finnish CAP Strategic Plan

EURAF Policy Briefing 34 (v1) is part of a series summarising policy incentives and disincentives for agroforestry in EU Member States.  It gives the definition of agroforestry in Finland and the possible role of ecoschemes, investment measures and agri-environment climate measures in its support. It considers whether agroforestry data is collected in CAP statistics from Finland, and how it is recorded in the Finnish Land Parcel Information System.  Finally, an analysis is given of the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to agroforestry in Finland.
