Principal Component Analysis for Geosciences

This repository is dedicated to the development and application of Principal Component Analysis (PCA), with a special focus on its use in geosciences. The main focus of this repository is the script written in Python.

This Zenodo repository includes a cleaned/annotated second version (.py) formatted according to PEP 8 for efficiency and readability.
The dataset for this cleaned code is provided, its named PCA_Loc123.csv.
