GRAPHERGIA Hub Webinar #1 - IPR Management & European Patent Presentation

This first GRAPHERGIA Hub Webinar Series session was dedicated to IPR Management and European Patents.

It was open to the Graphene Flagship sister Research and innovation projects developing innovative solutions deploying graphene-technologies. The session, chaired by Konstantinos Vavekis, a European Law Attorney, was dedicated to introduce the research and innovation project partners to the protection of innovation with European patents. It shares information on the concrete strategies and methodologies that can be implemented during the project lifetime, and beyond. This presentation gives an introduction to European patents, and why, how and when these should be used for innovation protection and management.
