The FUNACTION Engagement Communication Plan

  • Supports common understanding and expectations among Partners and associated Teams for the management of internal and external communications.
  • Serves as a tool to ensure FUNACTION meets consortium goals for internal and external communications.
  • Provides a mutually agreed framework for communication action planning, follow up, and review.
  • Is a working document. It will be updated and amended throughout the project as needed.
