Description

This zip-archive contains the datasets and analysis script used for the analysis of krill behavior recorded with the AMAZE set-up, as well as hydroacoustic recordings, as described in Hueppe et al. 2025.

The zip-file contains one analysis script (R programming language), which provides the code for the analysis of krill behavior data and hydroacoustic data, as well as two folders: the input folder contains the datasets used in the R scripts, the output folder will be used to save the figures generated when running the R scripts.
