DEN-CuPID Intellectual Output 3 - Training Methodology

Authors/Creators

Description

The Training Methodology has been drafted here http://den-cupid.eu/en/case-studies/methodology/ in a brief format, while a more detailed one is interactively offered through the educational platform in several forms (as a Handbook http://edu.den-cupid.eu/mod/book/view.php?id=24, through presentations, through self-assessment quizzes). It explicitly states the proper steps to accomplish the set targets, including training of people through the project’s workshops, establish e-learning programme, create links and interconnections among Cultural Networks, Organizations and individuals, and finally establish cooperative networks to adopt best cultural and Heritage practices.
The methodology had been fine-tuned within the second project year, following the remarks and feedback from the trainees of the workshops (Case studies) and hopefully forms a stepping stone for further non-formal-education projects related to cultural management and running of cultural organizations, in order to achieve sustainability and high-quality results.
In fact, based on the project’s offered methodology there have been created at least two novel initiatives which became proposals within the Erasmus+ framework, which although received good ranking (> 80/100) remained in the reserve list and did not succeed in becoming funded projects. On the contrary, we acknowledge that the stakeholders will try to re-submit within the March 2019 submission period.
