DMP générique d'un projet Observatoires Génomiques Marins

This generic data management plan for "Marine genomic observatories" is an aid to setting up DMPs for any project aiming to acquire data for analysing chronological and/or spatial diversity in the marine environment, with the aim of integrating physical, chemical, biodiversity and genomic data and improving our understanding of marine systems.

This generic DMP includes in particular:

1) data acquisition using in situ sensors,

2) the use of instrumentation and methods in environmental genomics,

3) the use of instrumentation and methods in environmental bioimaging,

4) data storage and primary analysis,

5) archiving of biological samples,

6) data integration and dissemination.

With work have conducted in the context of the Implementation Studiy 2 : Marine data integration and distribution of the MUDIS4LS project financed by ANR (ProjetIA-21-ESRE-0048)
