One-click-for-Gromacs-GPU

A one click install Gromacs-GPU bash file for Ubuntu-WSL2

You need to install cuda driver for WSL, and then download the file and drop to /home/(your username), and then "bash gromacs-2024.3.bsh" to start install.

If an error occurs after installation, you will need to manually edit the .bashrc file and add double quotes around the export lines that contain spaces.(I think this is an error caused by windows)
