Key Resource Table for Cryo-EM Analysis of K58N Alpha-Synuclein Fibrils

This Zenodo entry provides detailed information accompanying the publication "A Novel Alpha-Synuclein K58N Missense Variant in a Patient with Parkinson’s Disease." It includes the following:

1. A comprehensive Key Resource Table listing all datasets, software, and protocols used in the cryo-EM analysis of in vitro grown alpha-synuclein fibrils.
2. An Excel file containing tabular data on the protofilament distribution of WT and K58N alpha-synuclein filaments.
3. XML files with tabular data for the FSC (Fourier Shell Correlation) graphs of each density map used to determine the final resolution. These were generated using RELION 4.0.
