unipept/unipept: 6.1.3

This release provides a solution for a lot of minor bugs that sneaked into release v6.1.0, and adds some quality-of-life improvements to Unipept.

Enhancements:

• Exporting CSVs for samples is now performed on a background thread (making sure not to block the UI)

Bug fixes:

• [Peptonizer] Fixed taxon browser was not reset when switching between samples (#1577)
• [Peptonizer] Fixed Peptonizer not taking into account the taxon filter that's set in the first step
• [Peptonizer] Removed the "taxa in graph" option from Peptonizer since it was unclear what value this should be set to
• [Peptonizer] Fixed Peptonizer exports not containing the name for each taxon in the CSV (#1575)
• [Single peptide search] Search bar for filtering results of single peptide search was broken (#1565)
• Exporting CSV for large samples caused Unipept to crash (#1579)
• Update link of "Unipept in 2024" publication to official JPR publication (instead of preprint in BioRXiv).
• Color of text in Unipept visualization tooltips was blue (making the contrast with the background too low).
• Exporting data in Safari did not work (#1581)
• Cards in the first step of the "add sample wizard" did not have the same height
• Relative percentages for the peptide count column are visualized again in the functional result tables
