Description
Bodhgayā, Bihār. Unknown crystal. Colourless, transparent natural crystal in rhombohedral crystal form (trigonal?). Strong cleavage. Pearly lustre, heavily worn. Not calcite; no strong double refraction; identified as moonstone in the nineteenth century. British Museum 1892,1103.60 presented by Alexander Cunningham.
