CREATING TIME: LONG TERM ON THE SHORT TERM

Text from a blog post on helping students make time for professional development, even when it is busy- and practicing what you preach. On graduation, veterinarians (and the rest of us) are never "done" with work; there is *always* more work to do. Which is why it is so important to gain skills in carving out time for professional development, especially when you don't have time.
