Description
This deliverable outlines the key activities undertaken in quality and risk management for UNLOCK-CEI, including the identification, assessment and mitigation of risks, as well as the implementation of quality assurance and control. The updated risk register highlights the current risks at M30, and the mitigations strategies and actions taken throughout the project.
